Tem-se, assim, uma clara multiplicidade de opiniões pelo que se torna relevante avaliar todos os pontos de vista e deduzir destes a pertinência deste assunto para a sociedade atual.Este trabalho versa sobre a problemática do fim de vida e pretende analisar a extrema importância que a morte tem a nível jurídico, médico e da bioética.
