O Est?gio Curricular e a Supervis?o na Forma??o Acad?mica do Servi?o Social em Angola no S?culo XXI

Resumo: A presente disserta??o surge no ?mbito do mestrado em Servi?o Social, do curso de 2? ciclo, do Instituto Superior Miguel Torga, em Coimbra. No in?cio do s?culo XXI dois processos marcantes em Angola poder?o ser referidos no que respeita ao ensino superior. Por um lado a cria??o de novas Universidades p?blicas e privadas e o retomar da forma??o de Assistentes Sociais (em Angola). Existem trabalhos de mestres e doutores em Servi?o Social, cuja investiga??o incide sobre ?Delinqu?ncia juvenil? Dumbo (2012), ?Adolesc?ncia em situa??o de risco? Samba (2014) e ?Natureza do Servi?o Social? Monteiro (2016). Mas o tema o ?est?gio? e a ?supervis?o? n?o tinham sido objeto aprofundado. Por isso, a escolha do tema desta investiga??o recaiu sobre ?est?gio? e ?supervis?o acad?mica?. Fez-se uma breve trajet?ria do ensino superior em Angola e da forma??o em Servi?o Social desde o tempo colonial ? atualidade. Os autores de refer?ncia sobre a tem?tica da; Lewgoy (2010), Buriolla (2008) e Guerra (2016). Import?ncia da supervis?o no processo de forma??o. Remetem o est?gio e a supervis?o como experi?ncia ?nica que se apresenta como o local f?rtil ? reflex?o. Procurou-se com a investiga??o perceber a import?ncia atribu?da ao est?gio e a supervis?o no ?mbito da forma??o em Servi?o Social. O trabalho incidiu sobre o Instituto Superior de Servi?o Social (ISSS) que Inicialmente previa-se desenvolver a investiga??o no Instituto Superior Jo?o Paulo II (ISUP JP II) e incidir a an?lise nos relat?rios de est?gio, constrangimentos decorrentes no acesso ? documenta??o e ? inexist?ncia dos relat?rios na biblioteca, levaram a contemplar os Trabalhos de Conclus?o de Curso (TCC). O objetivo geral foi compreender o lugar atribu?do ao est?gio e ? supervis?o na forma??o acad?mica do Servi?o Social em Angola. Objetivos espec?ficos: situar a forma??o no contexto do ensino superior, analisar os atuais planos de estudo nos dois institutos existentes. A investiga??o foi aprofundada no ISSS para caraterizar os alunos matriculados entre 2010 e 2017. Identificaram-se os estagi?rios, os supervisores acad?micos e de campo e respetivos locais de est?gio em 2016 e ainda os diplomados entre 2013 e 2016 e os TCC. A investiga??o alicer?ou-se numa pesquisa bibliogr?fica de livros, teses de doutoramento e disserta??es de mestrado sobre ensino superior em Angola, a forma??o em Servi?o Social no pa?s, o est?gio e a supervis?o acad?mica. A pesquisa documental incidiu na an?lise da legisla??o; dos planos de estudo; documentos relativos ao est?gio e sua regulamenta??o, avalia??o; levantamento dos TCC e locais de est?gios; identifica??o dos TCC, das ?reas cient?ficas e ?reas de interven??o; estat?stica dos alunos matriculados e diplomados do ISSS, respetiva carateriza??o, diplomados e englobando os regimes de ensino diurno e p?s laboral e carateriza??o por sexo. Pela an?lise dos resultados, conclui-se que ainda ? dada pouco import?ncia acad?mica ao est?gio. Alguns estudantes realizam os est?gios em entidades n?o institucionalizadas pelo Servi?o Social e t?m como supervisores ? coordenadores de campo sem qualifica??o acad?mica em Servi?o Social. Por outo lado, existem incongru?ncias na avalia??o do est?gio tendo em conta a nota atribu?da pelo supervisor de campo com uma percentagem de 60% e o supervisor acad?mico 40%. / The present dissertation emerges in the scope of the master's degree in Social Service, of the 2nd cycle course, at Miguel Torga Higher Institute, in Coimbra. At the beginning of the twenty-first (XXI) century, two outstanding processes in Angola may be referred to in higher education. On the one hand, the creation of new public and private universities and the resumption of training of social workers (in Angola). There are works of masters and doctors in Social Service, whose investigation focuses on "Juvenile delinquency" Dumbo (2012), "Adolescence in risk" Samba (2014) and "Nature of Social Service" Monteiro (2016). But the theme of "internship" and "supervision" had not been studied in depth. Therefore, the choice of the subject of this investigation fell on "internship" and "academic supervision". There was a brief trajectory of higher education in Angola and the training in Social Service from the colonial time to the present. The authors of reference on the theme of; Lewgoy (2010), Buriolla (2008) and War (2016). Importance of supervision in the training process. They refer to the internship and supervision as a unique experience that presents itself as the fertile place for reflection. The investigation sought to understand the importance attributed to the internship and supervision in the scope of training in Social Service. The work focused on the Higher Institute of Social Service (ISSS).Initially it was planned to develop the research at the ISP JP II and to focus the analysis on the traineeship reports, constraints arising from the access to documentation and the lack of reports in the library, leading to contemplate the Completion Works (TCC). The aim was to understand the place attributed to internship and supervision in the academic training of Social Service in Angola. The objectives are: to situate training in the context of higher education, to analyze the current study plans in the two existing institutes. The research was further elaborated in ISSS to characterize the students enrolled between 2010 and 2017. Trainees, academic and field supervisors and respective traineeships in 2016 and graduates between 2013 and 2016 and the TCC were identified. The research was based on a bibliographic research of books, doctoral dissertations and master's dissertations on higher education in Angola, training in Social Service in the country, internship and academic supervision. Documentary research focused on the analysis of legislation; of study plans; documents relating to the internship and its regulation, evaluation; TCC survey and internships; identification of TCC, scientific areas and areas of intervention; statistics of the students enrolled and graduates at ISSS, respective characterization, graduates and encompassing the regimes of day and post work education and characterization by sex. By the analysis of the results, it is concluded that still little academic importance is given to the internship. Some students take the internships in entities not institutionalized by the Social Service and have as supervisors - field coordinators without academic qualification in Social Service. On the other hand, there are inconsistencies in the assessment of the internship taking into account the marks given by the field supervisor with a percentage of 60% and the academic supervisor 40%.
