Is Prevenir able to become more financially sustainable by leveraging its existing BUs? - how has Prevenir been performing, and what is the organization's present situation?

Resumo: The Social Enterprise Diagnostic Tool was employed to analyse Prevenir’s performance over the years on financial, organisational, and impact dimensions. Financially, Prevenir’s revenues have shown a positive trend. However, liquidity problems can arise if the association keeps its heavy reliance on external subsidies. Due to a lack of human resources, organisational inefficiencies were identified, such as tasks and positions overlapping. Adequate impact measurement tools were applied to assess the impact Prevenir is having on its different stakeholders, whose reports highlight positive results. Lastly, from Prevenir’s service portfolio, the psychological consultations, workshops, and training programs revealed the most potential for commercialization.
