As Comissões de Proteção de Crianças e Jovens (CPCJ) são responsáveis pela promoção e proteção das crianças e jovens em situação de risco. O projeto Adélia, criado nesse âmbito, visa incentivar a Parentalidade Positiva, apoiar o desenvolvimento de competências parentais e desenvolver planos locais, de âmbito municipal, para a promoção e proteção dos direitos das crianças e jovens. Aquando da construção dos planos locais é essencial não só fazer o diagnóstico local como também conhecer as opiniões da comunidade e os mais diretamente envolvidos. Este estudo tem como objetivo conhecer as opiniões das famílias, crianças/jovens e entidades com competência em matéria de infância e juventude e contribuir para a construção do diagnóstico do plano local de promoção dos direitos e proteção das crianças e jovens do concelho de Arronches. Foram aplicados 176 questionários no concelho de Arronches. Constatou-se que os direitos das crianças e jovens estão maioritariamente a ser cumpridos com base nos resultados dos instrumentos aplicados. O estudo realizou-se no âmbito de um acordo entre a Comissão Nacional de Promoção dos Direitos e Proteção das Crianças e Jovens e a Universidade de Évora para utilização dos dados; - Contributions to the construction of local plans for the promotion of positive parenting Abstract: The Commissions for the Protection of Children and Young People (CPCJ) are responsible for the promotion and protection of children and young people at risk. The Adélia project, created within this scope, aims to encourage Positive Parenting, support the development of parental skills and develop local plans, at municipal level, to promote and protect the rights of children and young people. When creating local plans, it is essential not only to make a local diagnosis but also to know the opinions of the community and those most directly involved. This study aims to understand the opinions of families, children/young people and entities with competence in matters of childhood and youth and contribute to the construction of the diagnosis of the local plan to promote the rights and protection of children and young people in the municipality of Arronches. 176 questionnaires were administered in the municipality of Arronches. It was found that the rights of children and young people are mostly being fulfilled based on the results of the instruments applied. The study was carried out within the scope of an agreement between the National Commission for the Promotion of the Rights and Protection of Children and Young People and the University of Évora for the use of data.
