Resumo: Startups have been drastically changing the way business is done. Big corporates are aware that startups are a source of disruptive products and services and are developing corporate acceleration programs to have first hand access to the solutions they are developing. The aim of this report is to analyze Vodafone’s corporate accelerator – Vodafone Power Lab – comparing it with two of best corporates accelerators in the market and to provide a recommendation proposal on how to effectively run the acceleration program.
