Resumo: | This internship report describes the experience of a Professional Internship carried out at Escola Básica e Secundária Tomás de Borba, located on Terceira Island in the Azores archipelago. The internship aimed to enhance pedagogical skills and provide a variety of teaching experiences. These activities encompassed lesson planning and subsequent reflections, the implementation of innovative pedagogical practices, and various teaching models. Additionally, it involved participation in various school community activities, including meetings within the Physical Education Department and the respective Class Council. Throughout this academic year, this experience provided a different perspective on the school environment and offered opportunities to apply theories, methods, models, and teaching strategies in real-life situations. The report provides detailed information on the activities carried out, the challenges encountered, and the lessons learned during the internship. Regarding the research dimension, the study aimed to analyze musculoskeletal fitness in 15-year-old girls at Escola Básica e Secundária Tomás de Borba. Keywords: |
