O Estágio Profissional - A Ferramenta Essencial no Desenvolvimento Profissional do Docente"

Resumo: | The Professional Internship is the most important moment of the teacher training and it is during this moment that all the learning acquired throughout the initial formation is applied. Thus, in this report, my experience, each moment lived as a trainee student, is portrayed as a reflection document that seeks to expand my knowledge and skills in the role of teacher during that school year. It is in the Professional Internship that the student-to-teacher transition takes place with the supervision of a school teacher (where the internship takes place) and a faculty advisor. This last phase of my academic course took place in a school located in Gaia, with a trainee nucleus of 3 student-trainees.This document is organized in seven chapters: "Introduction", which involves the framework of the Professional Internship; the "Personal Dimension", which refers to my personal, academic and professional career and which also includes the initial expectations at the beginning of the Internship; the "Professional Practice Framework", which arises along with the characterization of the school, the students, the disciplinary group and the NE; the "Professional Practice Realization", which mentions the most important difficulties and experiences of design, planning, realization and evaluation; the "Participation in School and Relation with the School Community", regarding the contribution in the accomplishment of activities; the "Professional Development", which encompasses the importance of class observation and the ability to reflect, and also presents the study proposal on whether school success can be influenced by sports practice in young people of the 9th year of schooling; Finally, the "Conclusion", which makes a retrospective of the entire Professional Internship |
