During the school year from 2016/17, I had the opportunity to teach, while trainee teacher, physical education classes in the high school João Gonçalves Zarco in virtue of attending second and last year of the second cycle in physical education teaching in basic and secondary education that I am now finishing. The purpose of this professional training course was to develop my skills as a future Physical education teacher, increasing my knowledge in the area and being able to put the same in practice in a controlled and supervised environment. During all year, I was obligated to put all my knowledge and abilities that I learnt in my entire universitary academic route.. Throughout the school year I also worked in other areas in the school, such as the direction of class and school sport, as required in the current stage rules. The planning was the main instrument used to be able to overcome all the difficulties found along the way and it became essential for the realization of a work that gets me satisfied. I finish this school year with new learnings acquired that I will never Forget. Now I also know the general knowledge of what is the daily life of a school and the existing articulation so that everything works. All the work on a school has a main purpose: the student improvement. And, at the end, that's what really matters.
