Por ser um conceito pouco usual em Portugal, e na sua zona de implementação, concretamente a cidade de Santarém, tem como missão destacar-se pelo seu design, envolvendo os seus possíveis clientes num ambiente desportivo, capaz de substituir os recintos desportivos com igual qualidade.Os dados analisados neste projeto, serão capazes de traduzir o potencial do negócio, assim como a sua viabilidade futura. O “Quinas Sports Bar” apresenta indicadores económicos e financeiros bastante positivos, o negócio apresenta um VAL positivo de 525 263,97€, a TIR tem um valor de 18,92%, e o período de recuperação do investimento é, aproximadamente, de 7 anos. Todavia, será também realizada uma análise completa de todo o mecanismo de operações, que terão de ser desenvolvidas para a sua implementação e possível sucesso.O trabalho apresentado, na sua maioria, reflete a estrutura do guia explicativo do IAPMEI “Como elaborar um Plano de Negócios”. Efetivamente, este Plano de Negócios terá dois setores que serão fundamentais: a proposta de valor, para o cliente, e a rentabilidade e a sustentabilidade do negócio, para o empreendedor. Este projeto será então composto por seis capítulos, sendo eles: “Capítulo I – Introdução”, onde é feita uma breve referência ao Projeto que vai ser desenvolvido, assim como a forma como o mesmo se encontra organizado; “Capítulo II – Método, Amostra, Análise Preliminar”, que apresenta os métodos de recolha de dados para a realização do Projeto e a apresentação do negócio; “Capítulo III – Análises Estratégicas do Projeto e Posicionamento”, que faz referência às Análises PESTEL e 5 forças de Porter e também ao Posicionamento do Negócio; “Capítulo IV – Oportunidades e Ameaças”, que, como o próprio nome indica, menciona as oportunidades e ameaças que justificam a criação do negócio; “Capítulo V – O Projeto”, sendo este o tópico mais longo e aquele onde está presente o Plano de Negócios, com todas as análises detalhadas do mesmo; “Capitulo VI – Conclusão”, onde é apresentada uma conclusão, face ao estudo desenvolvido, evidenciado a viabilidade do negócio.Acresce ainda referir, que o negócio só será iniciado quando a pandemia já se encontrar superada. Este negócio tem um investimento inicial considerável, e, como se pode verificar na avaliação financeira, não se pode iniciar um negócio deste valor em condições tão instáveis, momento que Portugal atravessa devido à pandemia da Covid-19.This work aims to develop a catering-type business plan, based on an unusual concept in Portugal, as it focuses on the creation of a sports bar, called “Quinas Sports Bar”. As this is an unusual concept in Portugal, including the location, specifically the city of Santarém, it is its mission to stand out for the design, involving the potential customers in a sporting environment, capable of replacing the normal sports venues with equal quality.The data analyzed in this project will be able to translate the potential of the business, as well as its future viability. Thus, a wide range of economic and financial indicators will be studied, and a complete analysis of the entire operating mechanism will be carried out, which will have to be developed for its implementation and possible success.The work presented, for the most part, reflects the structure of the IAPMEI explanatory guide “Como elaborar um Plano de Negócios”. Effectively, this business plan will have two sectors that will be fundamental: the value proposition, for the customer, and the profitability and sustainability of the business, for the entrepreneur. This project will then consist of six chapters, which are: “Chapter I – Introduction”, where a brief reference is made about the Project that will be developed, as well as the way in which it is organized; “Chapter II – Method, Sample, Preliminary Analysis”, which presents the data collection methods for carrying out the Project and the presentation of the business; "Chapter III - Strategic Analysis of Design and Positioning", which makes reference to the PESTEL and 5 Porter Forces Analysis and also to the Business Positioning; “Chapter IV – Opportunities and Threats”, which, as its name indicates, mentions the opportunities and threats that justify the creation of the business; “Chapter V – The Project”, this being the longest topic and the one where the Business Plan is presented, with all its detailed analysis; "Chapter VI - Conclusion", where a conclusion is presented, in view of the study developed, evidencing the viability of the business.It should also be noted that the business will only start when the pandemic is already over.
