spelling The impact of COVID-19 on urban mobility: a systematic literature reviewUrban Mobility,COVID-19,SARS Coronavirus,Systematic Literature Review,Conceptual framework,PRISMA,Decision-makingDissertation presented as the partial requirement for obtaining a Master's degree in Information Management, specialization in Marketing IntelligenceCOVID-19 brought significant changes to our way of life and has impacted how we consume, move, and make traditional travel decisions and habits, bringing new challenges for the future. Despite the importance of the theme, the literature is scarce on systematic and structured research that evaluates the impacts of COVID-19 on mobility in the city context. This study aims to explore this gap by proposing a systematic literature review and a conceptual framework to determine the impacts of the pandemic control measures of COVID-19 on urban mobility and contribute to supporting and guiding public decision-makers and researchers to respond and prepare cities and mobility infrastructures for new challenges or crises in the future.Neto, Miguel de Castro Simões FerreiraNeves, Maria de Fátima dos Santos TrindadeRUNBispo, Carlos Pedro Gouveia2022-10-282024-10-28T00:00:00Z2022-10-28T00:00:00Zinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisapplication/pdfhttp://hdl.handle.net/10362/145757TID:203126190enginfo:eu-repo/semantics/embargoedAccessreponame:Repositório Científico de Acesso Aberto de Portugal (Repositórios Cientìficos)instname:Agência para a Sociedade do Conhecimento (UMIC) - FCT - Sociedade da Informaçãoinstacron:RCAAP2024-03-11T05:26:23Zoai:run.unl.pt:10362/145757Portal AgregadorONGhttps://www.rcaap.pt/oai/openaireopendoar:71602024-03-20T03:52:15.084875Repositório Científico de Acesso Aberto de Portugal (Repositórios Cientìficos) - Agência para a Sociedade do Conhecimento (UMIC) - FCT - Sociedade da Informaçãofalse
