"Estágio Profissional: Os dois lados de um sonho"

Resumo: The Professional Internship, which is part of the study plan of the 2nd year of Master in Physical Education Teaching in the Basic and Secondary Teaching of the Faculty of Sports of the University of Porto, emerged as a possibility to put into practice the academic knowledge acquired over the years, years of initial formation. The Professional Internship took place in a school in Braga, where it was supervised by a Tutor and a Cooperating Teacher. In this document, the evolution of the teacher and the experiences, difficulties, facilities, experiences, developments and strategies applied to an 11th grade class are reported during this school year. The teacher held the responsibility of teaching an 11th grade class, preparing their planning, achievement, assessment and decisions. This is organized into 3 chapters, which are respectively: the "Personal Framework", where I tried to make myself known from my earliest times to today, and where I tried to show my taste for sport. The "Institutional Framework", from the schools that welcomed me, the people who interfered in my year and the characterization of the environment and the classes. Finally, the "Operational Framework", where I talk more about the organization and management of teaching and learning, school participation and relationship with the community and Professional Development, where I refer to the action research study, on effectiveness in female decision making in a homogeneous and heterogeneous game context. In this study I wanted to understand if the level of play would interfere with the percentage of success in female decision making. Finally, some final considerations about my journey and going through one of the "two sides of a dream". Key words:
