Resumo: This report aims to provide, in a reflexive, critical and well-founded way, my formative experience that I have obtained in the last six years of college, specifically in this year of Professional Internship. Internship is a gradual introduction into the world of work. This takes place in the last two semesters of the syllabus of the Physical Education Teaching Degree for the Second Cycle of the Basic and Secondary School of the Faculty of Sport of the Oporto University and, following this course, a report is prepared that documents the entire process of training. The present Professional Stage was held at Valongo Secondary School and with an internship nucleus consisting of 3 elements. The follow-up of the internship was done by a Faculty Advisor and a Cooperating Teacher at the school. The organization and structure of the report, in four parts, took into account the logic of the events characteristic of this formative process. Thus, the first part, Biographical Framework, discusses the personal and professional course carried out so far; The Framework of Professional Practice, part two, incorporates the theoretical, legal, institutional and functional points as well as the description of the current context of the Professional Internship; the anxieties, the joys and the strategies, that is, the main issues inherent to the teaching functions, are presented in the third part, Realization of Professional Practice, in a real and reasoned report; Finally, Part Four, Professional Development, reports the case study worked out over the school year with one of the students in my class in which the main goal was to realize what improvements Physical Activity can bring to a person with Crohn's Disease and congenital deformity Pectus Excavatum.
