Resumo: | The school placement is a milestone that symbolizes the culmination of a long academic stage, characterized by a non-linear path, but full of learning, opportunities and experiences that provide students with the tools to act autonomously in the tasks assigned to a teacher. In this sense, the aim of the school placement is to enhance the preservice teachers ability to perceive educational phenomena with a view to resolving them and aims to integrate them into the teaching profession. It also aims for students to develop professional skills with a view to critical and reflective performance, capable of meeting the challenges and demands of the profession. This document aims to report on all the decisions, tasks and emotions felt by the preservice teacher (author of the document) during the 287 days of the school placement (academic year 2022/2023). The practicum took place in a cooperating school in the municipality of Vila Nova de Gaia and was undoubtedly a huge challenge. It was 287 days of insecurity, uncertainty and anxiety, but 287 days of new learning and new beginnings. The aim of the research was to understand how specific constraints influence students' participation levels. Data was collected through filming, observation sheets and focus groups. NodeXL software was used to create the social network maps. The results show that the two constraints that best promoted inclusion were the ball passes through everyone, the goal is worth three (Team B) and when a lower level player: made an assist - goal is worth two points; scored a goal - goal is worth three points; when he made a pass or recovered the ball - one point (Team C), although in the students' view the constraints were not adequate. This first contact with the teaching profession can be characterized as a rollercoaster, both in terms of the phases experienced during the internship and the emotions felt during it. Through the professional internship I developed my personal and professional way of being. |
