Relacionamento Interpessoal: da infância à adolescência

Resumo: | This document falls within the scope of the Professional Internship curricular unit, integrated in the 2nd cycle of studies of the Master of Physical Education in Basic and Secondary Education, of the Faculty of Sports of the University of Porto. The professional Internship is an integral part of teacher training, which aims to expose my evolution, growth and all the pedagogical experience as a trainee teacher of Physical Education, for the academic year 2021/2022. From now on, some impredictable moments will happen, which will challenge me to put in practice all the theory I learnt. This will contribute to my personal and professional growth. The professional internship, a supervised teaching practice that offers the intern student with an authentic experience in Physical Education teaching, took place at the Pêro Vaz de Caminha school, located in the district of Porto, belonging to the TEIP program - teaching of priority intervention. The fact that it is an economically and socially disadvantaged area encouraged me even more to work in institutions of this nature, being a challenge to help students achieve educational and personal success. The professional Internship during the course of a training nucleus, in turn made up of four trainee students accompanied throughout the process by a cooperative teacher at the school level and by a teacher from the faculty. This report follows a logical sequence, reflecting the experiences I have had throughout my teaching practice, and is structured in three main chapters. The first concerns a more personal chapter, where I try to explain the reasons that encouraged me to follow this path, beyond my expectations as a future teacher. Then, part of this work is dedicated to the legal and institutional framework of the respective professional practice, where I explore the interaction between the different actors (school, teachers and students), as well as discuss their characteristics. Finally, the third section concerns the realization of professional practice which, in turn, is divided into three areas: Area 1 (organization and management of teaching and learning); Area 2 (relationship with the school community); Area 3 (professional development). The latter focuses on my research study, which seeks to assess interpersonal relationships throughout the various years of schooling, namely 4th, 6th, 7th and 8th grades, based on the gender of the XXIV students under study, comparing the difficulties of individuals belonging same sex as well as opposite genders. Finally, this document reflects my journey through the professional internship and the way it contributed to my training process. KEYWORDS: |
