Resumo: | Good governance in the age of digital transformation is a strong sign of a good business climate for a multitude of economic and social players. This signal, which is the prelude to a business-friendly environment, consolidates trust between the different economic partners and encourages practices within organizations. Good governance thus favours the conditions for creating value for all the organization's partners. As part of its commitment to good governance under the new development model that came into force in 2021, Morocco has launched a series of reforms. In this regard, digitalization is the focal point of all the reforms undertaken and is intended to be the catalyst for structural progress in terms of simplification and quality of service for users, as well as in terms of the performance of public and private entities. |

Ce signal qui constitue le prélude à un environnement propice aux affaires, consolide la confiance entre les différents partenaires économiques et encourage les pratiques au sein des organisations. La bonne gouvernance favorise par conséquent les conditions idoines pour la création de valeur pour l’ensemble des partenaires organisationnels. Engagé dans la voie d’une bonne gouvernance que prévoit le nouveau modèle de développement entré en vigueur depuis 2021, le Maroc a lancé plusieurs réformes. A cet égard, la digitalisation se présente comme le point focal de l’ensemble des réformes entreprises et se veut le catalyseur d’un progrès structurel tant qu’en matière de simplification et de qualité du service rendu à l’usager qu’au niveau de la performance des entités publiques et privées.A boa governação na era da transformação digital é um sinal forte de um bom clima empresarial para uma multiplicidade de actores económicos e sociais. No âmbito do seu compromisso com a boa governação no âmbito do novo modelo de desenvolvimento que entrou em vigor em 2021, Marrocos lançou uma série de reformas.
