Resumo: | It is in order to prove the interdisciplinarity of architecture, as well as the exploration of the Iweaknesses of Man, and the consequent unbridling of the senses, present in the work of Henri Matisse, Mark Rothko, Lucio Fontana, Le Corbusier, Luis Barragán, Kazuo Shinohara, Alfred Hitchcock, Michelangelo Antonioni and Krzysztof Kieslowski, that we use color as a basic element of creation and a conductor between times and arts. Therefore, we study the names behind the works, the works behind the names, showing, in this way, the importance of plasticity and composition, the pertinence of emotion, and the relevance of the structure, as well as "the motivations, the ideas, circumstances and happenstance"1 that "set in motion the desire"2 to make a painting, a building or a film. This dissertation it is, therefore, a wandering submerged in a world of color, with no right direction. A walk without a destination, in a constant and diffuse search between the other and the self. Because architecture is not just the "wise, correct and magnificent game of volumes arranged under the light"3, the "intensity of the emotion provoked"4 or the "active fight in the field of social justice"5 is much more, and all that. |
