Este projeto, para além de se constituir como a base orientadora para o lançamento da Bruma, servirá de suporte para uma eventual negociação com a banca e com possíveis investidores.Para a consecução do exposto, para além da revisão de literatura e leitura de documentação relevante, procedi à aplicação de inquérito junto do público alvo, entrevistei alguns produtores de cerveja artesanal, visitei microcervejeiras nacionais e internacionais, reuni com uma série de entidades e instituições, por forma a recolher dados para o estudo de mercado e para me inteirar dos constrangimentos e apoios para implementar este Plano de Negócios. Importa salientar que os incentivos fiscais e financeiros disponibilizados para investimento em projetos que contribuem para o desenvolvimento da economia regional e das ilhas são dos mais competitivos da União Europeia.Da análise dos elementos recolhidos infiro que a produção e distribuição de cerveja artesanal na ilha Terceira possui potencial de negócio, apresentando indicadores de avaliação económica e financeira favoráveis.The current project is part of a Master in Management and aims to present a Business Plan, which analyses the economic and financial viability of the installation of a brewery named Bruma in Terceira island, more specifically Angra do Heroísmo, and it arises from the identification of an unmet need in this market of the island where there is no production and distribution of artisanal beer.In this sense, this Business Plan consists of the study of the market in which the factory is inserted, detailing the segments to which it is directed, in order to design the execution strategies that best compete for its success. This project, as well as being the guiding base for the launch of Bruma, could also serve as a support for a possible negotiation with the bank and with possible investors.In order to achieve this, in addition to reviewing literature and reading documentation, I carried out a survey with the target public, interviewed some artisanal beer producers, visited micro breweries nationals and internationals, met with a number of entities and institutions, in order to collect data for the market study and to understand the constraints and support to implement this Business Plan. it should be noted that the tax and financial incentives available for investment in projects that contribute to the development of the regional economy and islands are among the most competitive in the European Union.
