"VIAGEM EM (RE)DESCOBERTA PERMANENTE: O ponto de partida de um professor estagiário"

Resumo: The school placement is the end of a long academic stage, characterized by a winding path, but full of experiences, opportunities and learning, in order to provide an important background for the student's future. It also represents the starting point of a long journey of sharing, searching, re(discovering), and personal and professional (re)building. This document, written by a pre-service teacher (the author), brings out the beginning of what has always been his dream trip. The experiences reported had their epicenter in a school belonging to the metropolitan area of Porto. The turbulence zones, the care in defining routes to be taken and the communication in different languages, translating knowledge in learning, built an important safe place in what concerns the performance of this pre-service teacher. The use of Assessment for Learning and the building of physical fitness program using technology, were fantastic discoveries, transforming students intro builders of their own learning. The research study carried out had the purpose of analyzing the effect of introducing dynamic breaks in physical education classes on time spent in moderate to vigorous physical activity. The results showed that, even without the introduction of dynamic breaks, the studied classes followed the recommendations for the time spent in moderate to vigorous physical activity. Even so, the use of dynamic breaks may be a very useful strategy to increase the physical education classes intensity. It was a remarkable year for the pre-service teacher, which is depicted in this report, where all discoveries and rediscoveries were crucial to his personal and professional development. KEYWORDS:
