Resumo: The Maison Cartier, an iconic reference in the luxury Jewellery & Watchmaking sector, is established in over 110 countries, one of which Portugal. The challenge proposed was how Cartier could develop the sales potential of Portuguese luxury consumers, especially amongst younger generations. After the execution of a throughout diagnostic, it was revealed that a critical component for this key objective is the retail strategy. Therefore, this work project focuses on how to increase and nurture Cartier’s Portuguese client base through enhancing the potential of the flagship Lisbon boutique while creating a stronger connection with potential or current Portuguese Cartier clients.
