Main objective: To explore the extent and nature of the relationship between performance and commitment in health professionals, including the factors that influence this relationship. Specific objectives: 1. To systematically review the existing literature about the relationship between performance and commitment in health professionals. 2. To identify and analyze the factors influencing the relationship between performance and commitment in health professionals. 3. To assess the methodologies used to measure performance and commitment in health professionals.
