Resumo: | Over the years, the development and growth of cities aimed to meet the needs of its inhabitants, with a balance in the streets between these needs and urgencies of mobility within the urban space. Mobility, with the Industrial Revolution, began to gain more and more importance in the growth of cities. With mobility becoming a central element in the development of the cities, there began to be an inequity in the street made it difficult social practices, with the City of the Modern Movement this imbalance came to an outmost with the street becoming uncharacteristic and transformed in the process into a via. The City of the Modern Movement had great influence on the city restructuring in the post-war period. This influence is present in Copenhagen, visible with the Fingerplanen from 1947. However from the sixties an effort was made to reverse the negative effects of the implementation of this plan. This work will focus on the study of the changes introduced in the field of mobility in connection with the statements made in various public spaces that have happened in the city from the sixties, focusing on three specific cases. The first case focuses on the humanization of the public spaces of the city centre, the creation of pedestrian zones process, which before 1962 were occupied by the increasing use of automobiles in the city resulting from the application of modernist plan for the expansion of the city Fingerplanen. The second case refers to the study of the interventions made in Nørrebrogade Street, one of the main axes of mobility between centre and periphery. Finally, the last case study of urban park Superkilen, a public space designed along a bike path. |
