Resumo: The present study aims to establish, by observing the practices of logistics management of Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (company automaker headquartered in Catalan- GO), relations between the methods performed in an automotive assembler and contributions to theoretical postulates concerning logistics - especially with regard to the concept of industrial condominium (which is the specific subject of this study, analyzed from the perspective of the suppliers of the organization studied). For this, we carried out a descriptive research in relation to their goals; with qualitative approach; literature revision and case study, as the technical procedures for collecting and analyzing data, and among the instruments to collect such information, the interview was the chosen method. It was found, therefore, that the system of industrial condominium developed at Mitsubishi, afforded gains in competitiveness through the development of an efficient logistics system with positive consequences for all involved. The Industrial Condominium is an agglomeration of companies is becoming increasingly common and the fruits of this integration are visible to industrial plants that implement such a method.

The Industrial Condominium is an agglomeration of companies is becoming increasingly common and the fruits of this integration are visible to industrial plants that implement such a method.Este estudio tiene como objetivo establecer, a través de la observación de la gestión logística práctica de Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (fabricante de automóviles con sede en catalán-GO), las relaciones entre los métodos llevados a cabo en una industria productora de vehículos y las contribuciones teóricas relacionadas con los principios de la logística - en especial en relación con el concepto de condominio industrial (que es el objeto específico de este estudio, analizado desde la perspectiva de los proveedores de la organización estudiada). Para ello, se realizó un estudio descriptivo cuanto a los objetivos; con el enfoque cualitativo; estudio de la literatura y del caso, ya que los procedimientos técnicos para la recogida y análisis de datos; y entre los instrumentos para recoger dicha información, la entrevista fue el método elegido. Se encontró, por lo tanto, que el sistema de condominio industrial desarrolló en Mitsubishi, refleja las ganancias en competitividad a través del desarrollo de un sistema logístico eficiente, con consecuencias positivas para todos los involucrados. El Condominio Industrial es una aglomeración de empresas cada vez más común y los frutos de esta integración son visibles a las plantas industriales que aplican este método.O presente estudo tem como objetivo estabelecer, através da observação das práticas de gestão logística da Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (empresa montadora de veículos sediada na cidade de Catalão-GO), relações entre os métodos desempenhados em uma montadora automobilística e as contribuições teóricas concernentes aos postulados de logística - sobretudo, no que se refere ao conceito de condomínio industrial (que é o tema específico deste estudo, analisado a partir da ótica dos fornecedores da organização estudada). Para tanto, realizou-se uma pesquisa de natureza descritiva em seus objetivos; de abordagem qualitativa; pesquisa bibliográfica e estudo de caso, quanto aos procedimentos técnicos de coleta e análise de dados; e, dentre os instrumentos para recolher essas informações, a entrevista foi o método escolhido. Constatou-se, com isso, que o sistema de condomínio industrial desenvolvido na Mitsubishi, refletiu em ganhos de competitividade, mediante o desenvolvimento de um sistema logístico eficiente com reflexos positivos para todos os envolvidos no processo.
