Resumo: This work project presents a self-reflective and analytical view of how a business simulation provides a richer learning experience by preparing students with the skills needed in the workplace. The work is divided into two sections. The first section is a personal reflection on two critical incidents that provided valuable teamwork lessons and career insights. The second section analyses the performance of an automotive manufacturer, JAWDA, in the business simulation. Three corporate functions–innovation, marketing, and operations –will be examined in depth to better explain the decisions the company made as it transitioned toward electrification and more sustainable practices.
