Resumo: v The main objectives of this paper are to personally reflect on critical incidents throughout the three weeks of Business in Practice with support from research and academic sessions, and analyze the business performance of the simulated virtual automotive company in the Innovation, Operations, and Finance departments, making comparisons with real and successful car manufacturers and correlating the functions of the different departments.
