To understand the drivers of net benefits for mobile apps we developed a theoretical model based on IS success model and psychological engagement. We tested the theoretical model using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this study indicate that more important than the system quality, information quality, and service quality to explain use and user satisfaction of mobile apps is the psychological engagement.
