Resumo: The purpose of this thesis is to document the research on finding a solid business plan for the creation of a new start-up in the food delivery market. Having conducted research with more than 200 stakeholders (restaurants owners and potential eaters), it was possible to study and measure the existing problems and to look for possible solutions. As a result, this thesis finishes with the design of a business plan for a platform that will aggregate the restaurants that deliver food with their own couriers and will provide management services (logistics, billing or marketing, for example) to them.
