Resumo: In October 2020, the National Health Council released a reflection on Portugal’s response to COVID-19, in the first six months of the pandemic, which reflects the position of this Council and the contribution of the various entities that constitute it. Below, a summary of the document is presented with aspects that we consider particularly relevant.
