For the present work, from the thesis dissertation, it's proposed the elaborationof a project that results from the critical reflection on the relationbetween cultural activity of a city, and the mobility and daily routine of ametropolis. It will be a Cultural Interface Terminal, in Vila Nova de Gaia,that will connect the city and the arts, in a meeting between transport andculture, life and movement.The project will complement the place where it will be inserted,in association with the Metro station D. João II, as well as the theme of theGaia Biennial, which is currently integrated in the cultural context of the city.Throughout this work, a reflection on the themes of the projectis made, associating the reality to the proposed one, with development onthree themes: Framework, Context and Place, which will be composed andfinalized in a last moment, the Proposal, integrating all the theoretical partstudied in a practical project associated with real ground.
