Foi? utilizado? uma? metodologia? quantitativa,? pela? distribui??o? de? um? question?rio? de? desenvolvimento?de?carreiras,?que?contou?com?45?participantes?em?que?foi?poss?vel?observar,? atrav?s?dos?dados?recolhidos,?que?existe?uma?progress?o?profissional?dos?colaboradores?ao? longo?do?tempo?de?perman?ncia?na?empresa,?que?esta?desenvolve?a?progress?o?de?carreiras?com? base?em?promo??es?por?compet?ncia?e?que?a?progress?o?profissional?est??associada?a?uma? mobilidade?geogr?fica?entre?lojas.?Contudo,?conclui?que?tendem?a?ter?poucas?expetativas?de? ascens?o? profissional? os? colaboradores? satisfeitos? com? o? seu? cargo? e? com? o? seu? percurso? profissional?e?os?colaboradores?insatisfeitos?ou?pouco?satisfeitos?com?as?pol?ticas?de?gest?o?da? empresa?relativamente??s?oportunidades?de?progress?o?concedidas.? Recursos?Humanos?quanto?aos?estudos?de?carreira?assim?como?para?a?empresa?em?estudo.? / This?study?s?main?objective?is?to?exploit?the?process?of?individuals?in?management?and?career? development,? to? present? and? discuss? the? main? approaches? to? the? concept? as? well? as? the? components?inherent?to?it.? This?paper?analyzes?the?aspects?that?influence?the?development?of?careers?in?the?retail?business? in?distribution?sector?and?analyzes?the?perceptions?that?employees?have?about?their?career? progression,?as?the?policies?of?human?resources?management?of?the?company?in?meeting?with? professional?status?and?future?prospects?of?those?employees.? We? used? a? quantitative? methodology? for? the? distribution? of? a? questionnaire??Career? Development?,?which?featured?45?participants?where?it?was?possible?to?observe,?through?the? data?collected,?that?there?is?a?professional?development?of?employees?over?time?spent?in?the? company,?that?the?company?develops?career?progression?based?on?competency?and?promotions? that?the?professional?development?is?associated?with?geographical?mobility?between?stores.? However,?i?concluded?that?employees?satisfied?with?their?job?as?well?as?employees?that?are? dissatisfied?or?somewhat?unsatisfied?with?the?company?management?policies?with?regard?to? advancement?opportunities?granted?tend?to?have?few?expectations?for?career?progression.? The?analysis?allowed?for?a?deeper?understanding?of?the?Career?Development?in?a?multinational? company?that?operates?in?the?retail?sale?and?it?represents?a?contribution?to?human?resources? department?regarding?career?studies?for?the?company?under?study.
