Resumo: | The professional internship is characterized by the culmination of the student´s main formation. Therefore, this document describes the experiences during this process, having as major purpose to highlight my evolution as an intern student. For that reason, here is my development based on the learning, the difficulties, the strategies adopted, the decision making and, above all, the solutions found to become a better teacher. This opportunity is part of the realization of my Professional Internship, curricular unit that takes place in the second Cycle of Physical Education, Faculty of Sports, University of Porto. This report is organized into five chapters. The first, the "introduction", contextualizes and portrays the objetives of this document. The second, the "Personal Background", discusses my past events and the reason why i chose the teaching path, as well as the actual expectations and real perspectives about the internship. The third, "the Professional Pratice Framework", represents the process of the professional internship contextualizing about the participants in this process: cooperating teacher, supervising teacher, internship nucleus and school community. The fourth, "Realization of Professiona Pratice", is divided into three major áreas: the Teaching and Leading Organization and Managment area where i approach the pratice and its relevance to internship; the area of Participating in School and community relations where all the activities developed with the school community are portrayed; and the area of Professional Development, where the research study carried out is. The fifth, "Conclusion and future perspectives", in which a general reflection is made about this experience, and, about what comes next. |
