Resumo: The present study aims to assess the relations between burnout, quality of work-life and occupational self-efficacy. This sample is composed of 1590 participants with an average age of 33 years old. The data was gathered via an online questionnaire with the intent to evaluate occupational health, psychosocial risks, and preventive factors of the acquired sample. For this study, the scales used were a Sociodemographic Questionnaire, the Burnout Assessment Tool (BAT), the Work-Related Quality of Life (WRQoL) Scale, and the Occupational Self-Efficacy Scale (OSES). The results showed that there are differences in burnout considering gender, as well as three of the four factors of burnout. Besides these differences, this study also revealed that a negative association between burnout and quality of work-life is present, as well a negative association between occupational self-efficacy and burnout, and, lastly, a positive association the quality of work-life and occupational self-efficacy.
