Resumo: This document is part of the curricular unit Professional Internship, part of the 2nd study cycle for the degree of master's in teaching physical education in Primary and Secondary Education. It aims mainly at the analysis and reflection about this very important year, the year of professional internship, which appears as a starting point filled with experiences and experiences that will certainly be fundamental for my development as a person and a professional. The Professional Internship took place in a school in the district of Porto, a TEIP school, in an economically and socially disadvantaged area, and it has always been my curiosity to work in schools with this character to help these students to achieve educational and personal success. This report is organized in a logical sequence of ideas, beginning with my biography, and what really made me want to pursue this area. After the "Personal Framework" comes the "Institutional Framework" in which I characterize the whole school environment and context in which I did my professional internship. Then I present the "Operational Framework" subdivided into three areas of performance where I make a set of reflections on experiences, experiences, difficulties, strategies and assessment methods. Area 1, "Organization and Management of Teaching and Learning", includes the design, planning, implementation and evaluation, area 2, "School Participation and Community Relations" and area 3, "Professional Development", which includes my research study on the motivation of 9th grade students, relating the basic psychological needs of the Self-Determination Theory (SDT), as well as gender differentiation.
