Resumo: This study consists of three reports aiming to understand how a Portuguese family-ow ned coffee company, Delta Cafés, incorporated sustainability into the core of its strategy in the interest of closing the cycle of coffee grounds. A survey and benchmarking have been conducted in order to enrich the analysis. The reports also seek to analyze the business partnership between Delta Cafés and NÃM, a sustainable startup turning spent coffee grounds into mushrooms.
