Resumo: This Internship Report was prepared within the scope of the Professional Internship, integrated in the study plan of the second year of the 2nd Cycle in Physical Education Teaching in the Basic and Secondary Schools, of the Faculdade de Desporto da Universidade do Porto in the school year 2019/2020. The Professional Internship aims to provide the trainee student with a real experience in Physical Education teaching in schools, as it is accompanied by two specialized professionals. A cooperative teacher at the school level and a guiding teacher at the college level. The Professional Internship represents the end of the academic training, presenting itself as a decisive period of knowledge articulation, in order to put into practice all the knowledge acquired throughout the training. The professional traineeship took place in the region of Valongo at the Escola Secundária de Valongo, covering mostly high school students. The internship nucleus included two students guided by a cooperative professor and a faculty advisor who helped throughout the process. In this document is the whole reflective process of my teaching career this school year. In this document I report on lived experiences, acquired learning and overcoming. This Internship Report is divided into 7 chapters: (1) Introduction, (2) Personal Dimension, (3) Teaching Practice Framework, (4) Operational Framework, (5) School Participation and Community Relations, (6) Conclusion and finally chapter (7) the action-research process.
