Resumo: This internship report was developed in the context of obtaining a master's degree in Sport Psychology and Human Development. The curricular internship was carried out at the Dragon Force Ermesinde school in the 2020/2021 season and was under the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy. The report presents a description of my intervention in that institution, such as the activities carried out, observations, interviews, individual cases, training and other activities. An investigation is also carried out, carried out with 22 participants of the Dragon Force Ermesinde. The investigation infers which are the main factors that influence the leadership exercised by coaches. To carry out the investigation, the interview on Leadership Styles and Management of Sports Teams (ELGED) - Rui Gomes (2007) was used. Finally, a reflection is made about the positive, negative aspects, main difficulties and learning of the curricular internship.
