Resumo: | The purpose of this document is to describe the professional training process in the teaching field of a preservice teacher. The Practicum Training is the moment in which the preservice teacher can put into practice the knowledge acquired throughout years of academic training, applying real strategies and seeking solutions to real problems with real students. The Practicum Training reconfigures the personality of the student, also the author of this report, and marks the end of her academic training with testimonies of experiences and events throughout the school year that have made her a better professional and person. Physical Education is a different subject from the others, as it uses corporality and movement as tools for learning and should focus on the development of students' values, with the aim of training future citizens and active members of society. With this in mind, this document is divided into six chapters: the first, "Introdução" ("Introduction"), seeks to develop the purpose of this report; "Dimensão Pessoal" ("Personal Dimension"), where the reason for the student's entry into the teaching field is explained; "Dimensão Institucional" ("Institutional Dimension"), which describes the specificities of the school in which the Practicum Training took place; "Prática Profissional" ("Professional Practice"), in which the experiences lived, the challenges overcome, and the strategies used throughout the school year in solving different problems are narrated; "Dimensão Investigativa" ("Investigative Dimension"), whose purpose was to analyze students' perception regarding the organization of tournaments in the sports of handball and soccer and "Reflexão Final - O que ficou após o ficar do pano?" ("Final Reflection - What's left after the curtain call?") where a chapter closes and the author reflects on the school year. The Practicum Training culminated in the development of an assertive and confident teacher personality, capable of performing tasks and overcoming challenges. |
