This research project will contribute to the theory and practice by establishing the added value that Business Intelligence tools can provide, as well as the positive impact it can have on a player, coach, and consequently on a team's decisions and future results. First, a literature review will be conducted to understand how reputation and status can impact a player’s environment; how statistics are an important asset in the evaluation of player´s performance; and also, in the identification of over-paid and underpaid players. Thereafter, Power BI software will be used to develop reports and dashboards. The main goal is that, both players and coaches, can improve their ability to interpret and analyze their own performances.
