Resumo: | This study’s objective is to highlight the investigative evolution of Science Education focused on Science-Technology-Society and its transition into STSE(nvironment) and Sustainability, between 1995 and 2014, within the Ibero-American context. For this purpose, the presence of STSE, Sustainability and related concepts were analyzed in two well-known and widely relevant magazines in didactic research in Science Education, which are extensively used by researchers in the Ibero-American context. Results show that, even though changes have been occurring in the STSE and sustainability approaches, during this period, these are still insufficient when taking into account the gravity of the socio-environmental condition now being faced, which indicate that urgent local and global measures ought to be adopted. |

Results show that, even though changes have been occurring in the STSE and sustainability approaches, during this period, these are still insufficient when taking into account the gravity of the socio-environmental condition now being faced, which indicate that urgent local and global measures ought to be adopted.El objetivo de este estudio es analizar, en el ámbito Iberoamericano, la evolución de las investigaciones en Educación en Ciencias en el contexto de las interacciones CTS, hacia CTSA y el campo de la Sostenibilidad en las últimas dos décadas (1995-2014). Se analizaron para ello la presencia de expresiones relacionadas con CTSA, Sostenibilidad y otras vinculadas con estas temáticas en dos revistas de gran impacto y relevancia en la investigación en didáctica de las ciencias y muy utilizadas por docentes e investigadores iberoamericanos. Los resultados de la investigación muestran que aunque ha habido cambios en el sentido de una mayor atención al campo CTSA y la Sostenibilidad en la última década, esos cambios son todavía insuficientes teniendo en cuenta la gravedad de la situación socioambiental a la que nos enfrentamos y las medidas necesarias y urgentes a nivel glocal (local y global) que se deben adoptar.O objetivo deste estudo é evidenciar a evolução das investigações em educação em ciências no contexto Ciência-Tecnologia-Sociedade voltada para CTSA e Sustentabilidade no último par de décadas (1995–2014), no meio Ibero-americano. Nesse aspecto, foram analisadas as ocorrências de expressões relacionadas a CTSA, Sustentabilidade e outras vinculadas a estes termos em duas revistas de grande impacto e relevância na investigação didática no ensino de ciências e muito utilizadas por docentes e pesquisadores no âmbito dos países Ibero-americanos.
