Resumo: The present investigation proposes to reflect on the resignification strategies used by the Brazilian television during the Coronavirus pandemic and the reverberations that this new construction of meanings brings to the production and consumption of texts-programs. To do so, at first, it recovers the diachronic evolution of television in Brazil, through nine phases, and reflects on a series of strategic movements of expansion and interiorization of TV everywhere, accelerated by the Coronavirus pandemic.
