Resumo: | This report describes the first contact made by a preservice teacher (the author) with the professional world of teaching. The document was elaborated in a reflective manner and founded on practical experiences lived by the preservice teacher. Written as a digital impression, it looks to depict some of the most remarkable experiences that took place during the school placement. This marathon took place in a school of the grant Porto area, which welcomed the school placement, and was composed by three preservice teachers and two teachers (one from cooperating school and the other from the Faculty). Throughout this marathon, the difficulties, the achievements, as well as ideas that were born during this process were the elements that contributed to this paper. Included in the process of constant learning was performed a study that touches the utilization of a model belonging to sports education, more specifically handball and students' perceptions as active participants in this model. At the culmination of this long walk, given the true understanding of the relevance that student has in teaching, emerges a reflection about the importance of placing the student at the center of teaching. |
