Resumo: The review process of the literature is a complex part of qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods research, developed throughout the entire investigation, from the formulation of the study problem, through the improvement of a conceptual framework to the rise of the discussion or theoretical dialogue. The objective of this paper is to offer an innovative procedure that facilitates a systematic review of the literature in qualitative research based on a methodologically structured analytical process, documentary analysis, and supported by the technical possibilities offered by computer tools such as Mendeley or MAXQDA. The methodological procedure of the Bibliographic Documentary Analysis includes the support to the development of the purpose of the investigation by establishing the investigative limits of the study, facilitating the elaboration of a conceptual framework by allowing the articulation of indicators based on concepts and the development of the study discussion or theoretical dialogue. The result is the smooth integration of documentary material into a database with the support of paraphrase, strategy to summarize data and develop analytical categories. The procedure has been successfully tested in different investigations providing greater clarity to the process of reviewing the literature in qualitative research.

The procedure has been successfully tested in different investigations providing greater clarity to the process of reviewing the literature in qualitative research. Ludomedia2020-07-02info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/articleapplication/pdfhttps://doi.org/10.36367/ntqr.4.2020.247-257https://doi.org/10.36367/ntqr.4.2020.247-257New Trends in Qualitative Research; Vol. 4 (2020): Qualitative Research in Social Sciences: advances and challenges; 247-257New Trends in Qualitative Research; Vol. 4 (2020): Investigación cualitativa en ciencias sociales: avances y desafíos; 247-257New Trends in Qualitative Research; Vol. 4 (2020): Investigação Qualitativa em Ciências Sociais: avanços e desafios; 247-2572184-777010.36367/ntqr.4.2020reponame:Repositório Científico de Acesso Aberto de Portugal (Repositórios Cientìficos)instname:Agência para a Sociedade do Conhecimento (UMIC) - FCT - Sociedade da Informaçãoinstacron:RCAAPspahttps://publi.ludomedia.org/index.php/ntqr/article/view/44https://publi.ludomedia.org/index.php/ntqr/article/view/44/38Antoni Casasempere-SatorresMaría Luisa Vercher-Ferrándizinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess2023-08-13T09:12:03Zoai:ojs.publi.ludomedia.org:article/44Portal AgregadorONGhttps://www.rcaap.pt/oai/openaireopendoar:71602024-03-19T15:47:54.690048Repositório Científico de Acesso Aberto de Portugal (Repositórios Cientìficos) - Agência para a Sociedade do Conhecimento (UMIC) - FCT - Sociedade da Informaçãofalse
