Resumo: | This thesis examines the importance of trust creation for the growth of a sustainable FinTech start-up. Along with the case of Go Parity, a social crowdlending platform, measures on how to strengthen the trust of private investors in the platform are investigated. Therefore, Go Parity’s past achievements and current challenges of trust creation are analyzed. Subsequently, holistic recommendations accompanied by proposals on implementation are provided. An additional research paper evaluates other possible growth options for Go Parity. After introducing general business growth strategies, the strategies are applied to Go Parity's business model, taking into account possible challenges. |
