Estágio Profissional: Os primeiros passos no sonho de uma futura professora de Educação Física

Resumo: The realization of the Professional Internship was the closing of an entire cycle of studies that made me a Physical Education teacher. It was at this moment that theory met practice, culminating a rich and complete learning process about this wonderful profession where we teach people to become respectful, responsible, and physically literate citizens. What was learned throughout the bachelor's and master's degrees was substantiated with pedagogical practice. It was a process of much sharing with fellow trainees, the cooperating teacher, the supervising teacher and the whole school community. This was the greatest tool for my professional development, and throughout my career as a teacher I will have continuous learning and with time, I will become a professional with scientific basis and experience to perform a quality pedagogical practice. There were some setbacks, such as weather conditions, material and space resources, student behavior, that made me feel the real shock with reality. I experienced some initial difficulties in communicating with the students and meeting the objectives set for the classes and exercises. It was an atypical year, through a pandemic, but easily solved by the internship core. This document is divided into the following chapters: Introduction, Personal Framework, Institutional Framework, Operational Framework, School Participation and Community Relations, Personal Development, and Final Considerations. During the Professional Intership, aspects such as motivation, communication and instruction were highly valued, and my innovative and creative role was central to their practice.
