Resumo: The energy sector is being revolutionised by renewables. Investors and governments are increasingly concerned about environmental changes, and betting on improving the cost-efficiency levels associated with clean energy production. The Portuguese company, based in Madrid, EDPR can proudly claim itself as one of the top wind players, being able to succeed in this promising sector, mainly due to its strong business strategy, which is focused on the industry’s key resources and capabilities. This work project aims to describe and analyse, the emerging market and business environment for renewables’, while also identifying EDPR’s key milestones and sources of competitive advantage
