Taking as its starting point the objectives envisaged for Arts Education and the syllabus content of Visual and Technological Education, was intended to explore some content through activities involving drawing, painting and constructing Mandalas. The study takes place in several stages, culminating in the development of the Unit of Work-"From the point of the line to line mandala”. The main objective was to determine the receptivity of those involved in the design of mandalas and how the syllabus is reflected in its development. This study evolved in two main areas: - Literature review and selection of information about models and methods used by other educators and psychologists, particularly in the field of art therapy. - Planning, implementation and monitoring of activities with students in the context of the classroom, culminating in the execution of mandalas and a group exhibition of work at the end of the school year. The practical nature of this work falls within the scope of participatory research, defined as an integrative process that combines three activities: research, education and action. Being a research-action, in which the interpretative dimension is predominant, the collected data are mostly qualitative.
