MULTIMEDIA RESOURCES IN THE PROCESS OF THE LEARNING - AN EXPERIENCE REPORT

Resumo: This study consists of an experience report with the use of the M3 platform, developed by the University of Campinas, and applied in a state school of basic education, of integral teaching (PEI), located in the south zone of the city of São Paulo. The objective was to analyze how the technological resources available on the platform could help improve the results of students in mathematics performance in the leveling program. To verify if there was consolidation of the worked skills, the result of the performance in Mathematics in the evaluation of the School Performance Evaluation System was analyzed and, in possession of the indicators of the Evaluation of Learning in Process, the distance education platforms were used as means for learning to be developed using the M3 platform. The platform was evaluated by two teachers who worked in high school with Mathematics, in terms of: (practicality, content, pedagogy and language). The results obtained showed that most of the questions were classified as almost always, indicating a good performance of the software. With the use of the distance education platform, it was found that the number of students classified at a level below basic decreased with each edition of the Evaluation of Learning in Process: 15th. edition (48.5%), 16th. edition (40.8%) and in the 17th edition (29.2%). The expected results were achieved. It is concluded that the use of the platform, from a perspective of development, interaction, and impact on results in view of the pedagogical objectives outlined, was successful.

O objetivo foi analisar de que forma os recursos tecnológicos disponíveis na plataforma pôde auxiliar na melhoria dos resultados dos alunos no desempenho na matemática no programa de nivelamento. Para verificar se houve consolidação das habilidades trabalhadas, foi analisado o resultado no desempenho em Matemática na avaliação do Sistema de Avaliação do Rendimento Escolar e, de posse dos indicadores da Avaliação de Aprendizagem em Processo, as plataformas de educação a distância foram utilizadas como meio para que a aprendizagem fosse desenvolvida através do uso da plataforma M3. A avaliação da plataforma foi realizada por dois docentes que trabalhavam no Ensino Médio com a disciplina de Matemática, sob os aspectos: (praticidade, conteúdo, pedagógico e linguagem). Os resultados obtidos demonstraram que a maioria das perguntas estavam classificadas no quase sempre, apontando um bom desempenho do software. Com o uso da plataforma de educação a distância verificou-se que o número de alunos classificados no nível abaixo do básico diminuiu a cada edição da Avaliação de Aprendizagem em Processo: 15ª. edição (48,5%), 16ª. edição (40,8%) e na 17ª edição (29,2%). Os resultados esperados foram alcançados.
