Resumo: Ovary tumor and pregnancy is a rare and serious condition with an unexpected outcome as it can interfere with the course of pregnancy. The authors report a case of a large juvenile granulosa cell tumor diagnosed at 33 weeks of pregnancy during a routine ultrasonographic examination. Pain, nausea and vomiting at the 35th week brought the suspicion of torsion.
