New tools are constantly being developed, especially with artificial intelligence's continuing development and integration. A major challenge is maintaining knowledge and remaining updated with these developments. As a result of recognizing this, Lunatec wanted to improve its internal communication system to help its workers stay informed and engaged with the latest developments. Additionally, the company was interested in focusing on intelligent automation through integrating Uipath with the OpenAI platform. To address these objectives, the idea for a weekly newsletter, created using Robotic Process Automation and integrating ChatGPT prompts, emerged. The solution was developed in this work project, and it showed its effectiveness in saving both time and costs overall. According to empirical data, switching to an automated newsletter is more advantageous after just 107 days than using human labor to create one.
