Resumo: The professional internship is the final stretch, from the transition from the academic world to the professional. This stage is characterized by a transition from theory to practice, where we apply the knowledge acquired during the training. It is a process, where each environment is unique, which makes development unique. Derived from the school context, the experiences, the sharing with the cooperating teachers and with the internship nucleus, which allows a personal and professional construction. This document portrays the trainee student (author), in a school located in Porto and inserted in the TEIP project, during the internship year. The report began with the metaphor of maritime discovery, and navigation is responsible for new learning to thrive, through experiences, experiences and the act of reflecting. This document is divided into three areas. The first one is a personal autobiography, the understandings and expectations of the Professional Internship, the characterization of the context and the planning and realization of the professional practice. In a second part, about the performance in the school and participation with the community. In the last area, I approach the study, which relates the perception of motivation with the practice of Physical Education. In fact, in the year of professional internship, the trainee student is exposed to unique experiences, which through reflective practice allow him to grow professionally and personally.
