Resumo: Free base porphyrin (PPhe), derivatized with aminosulfonyl groups linked to the aromatic amino acid phenylalanine at the meso-positions, was mixed with DMPC vesicles. The resulting interaction was studied by absorption, steady-state and transient state fluorescence, at different pHs.
